In the case of a vehicle being sold by the executor or trustee of an estate, a death certificate and Power-of-Attorney must be provided upon registration with the title. All public sellers must provide a clear and marketable Virginia title, when registering the vehicle. Any vehicles presented for auction with an out-of-state title will be refused until a Virginia title is provided. Should the minimum bid price not equal or exceed the turn-down price, the seller has the right to refuse or accept the bid.
  4. Settlement: Southside Virginia Auto Auction does not guarantee a sale. If a vehicle remains unpaid after two business days, we reserve the right to refuse the sale, at which the seller has the option to re-run the vehicle at a future auction.
